Hello! I would likeÂ to conduct an auctionÂ for mercenaries inÂ the Berserk LS. We are a groupÂ of tough individuals who are willing toÂ useÂ ourÂ strength and talents to serve YOU (for a small price of course Tongue

).Â

The auction will be hosted Sunday, May 10th at Ward 3 of The Golert. From there, our volunteered auctionees willÂ offer themselves to a lucky buyer. From then on, it's up to you to deicide what you want to do with your hired hero. This could make room and opportunities for fun plots and RP for both you and the hirey!

For those wishing to sell themselves:

You must be in the Berserk linkshell (DoW)Â if you'd wantÂ to be auctioned. Just post orÂ PM meÂ the character you wish to use, his or her talents and a brief description about said character and what you're willing to do for your client (a picture is also nice, but optional). If you're good at gathering or crafting, you can also mention that as well!

Q & A:

Q: Do we have to spend actual gil?
A: No, theÂ entire thing will be done IC butÂ you still can if you want. All I ask though is for you to take it easy on the prices you offer,Â please don't immediately shout over 9,000 gil (sorry)Â right out of nowhere. The bids will start atÂ around a 100 gil, depending on who's getting sold. The gil will go directly to the person being bought.

Q: Can we ERP?
A: That's not really the point of this. We're mercenaries, not prostitutes. However, if you two (or 3, whatever) grew attach to each other at someÂ point, then by all means. I'll leave it up to the auctionees ifÂ they want to it or not.

Q: How many can we buy?
A: Depends on how manyÂ we're selling. If we have enough, I may allow two per buyer.

Q:Â What if I'm evil and want to use them as henchmen/assassins?Â
A: Most of the 'zerkers (that I know of at least) are aligned good so you might wanna be careful on that aspect. You can still try and buy us but for IC reasons,Â you mightÂ not be able to if we don't trust you, but your true intentions can be kept secret. Again, how you use the actual rp is up toÂ youÂ guys. No metagaming, please.Â

Q: How long are they allow to serve us?
A:Â Two (ic) weeks generated or your money back!Â Â Â Â Â

Description: A young, cautious, and slightly naive Keeper of the Moon. Adopted into a Highlander family and has kept close ties with his parents ever since.

Experience: Trained with a bow but usually very modest of his abilities. Has been taught leatherworking, carpentry, and cooking and has also grown to become very practical when out in the wilderness, thanks to the skills taught by his father. He can become a little hesitant when it comes to killing people but has slowly tried to grow out of this fear, partly due to survival.

Specialties: Archery, hunting, leatherworking, cooking, carpentry (still need to get CRP to 50 OOCly though)
