Looks like he licensed the tracks he released.  Erutan, a popular singer on YouTube, has done the same with several FF songs. I know the feeling haha. The beauty of Loudr is you submit covers to them and then they hunt down the copyright holders and have software that interfaces with the various royalty systems so they can get paid from each sale.  Basically the album has to be OKd by SE (more specifically, Warner-Chappell) to be published on Loudr so its presence implies its acceptance
