
I think one of the main issues that it's easy for European players to slip through the net. I'll be the first to admit that it's a two way street but I've seen both myself and other EU players express interest in a particular project or Linkshell only for there to be no follow up.
Then there's the risk of joining what is advertised as an active Linkshell only for it to turn out to not really be all that active or inclusive at all. All too often once the initial wave of players have completed the content that they wanted to complete then there's a chance they won't be willing to run it again with someone new to the sub-community.
Though if there's any active Linkshells seeking to do raids and dungeons together then I am definitely interested in getting involved.
