In the other two nations, RP happens in the main cities mostly with minor rp happening in the overworld and some of the settlements. Now there is RP happening in the Black Shroud but most people miss it because its the opposite in the Shroud, most if not all of the RP happens in the forests and outer sites and settlements, with very little happening in Gridania itself. I find even some vets telling me there's little in the Shroud, to that I say you're looking in the wrong place. Hit me up in game and I'll point out a few spots.
