I have no information on how it was done. Slightly related: In SWTOR the whole of the Imperial side was voiced by British accents, some quite broad.. including Welsh and Scottish. One soldiers description with a Welsh accent of a Sith and his interest in ergonomic chairs is still on of my fun dialogues in the game.
