She isn't really a brat and isn't really a street rat (she has a massive, massive family :V), but if she tumbles into your character and detects even the slightest hint that Salvius has been adventuring, she WILL incessantly follow Salvius around trying to wring every drop of legendary story out of her due to her 'job' as an 'aspiring bard'.
