Wouldn't you think this question a little redundant given that Garlemald is simply following in the same footsteps as the Allagan empire? The magitek reapers being based on old allagan relics....? Just a thought and all. Granted this would go with a bit more current knowledge but, still. Personally the only real evil empire so far that I've seen is the allagan, given their use of a magic beyond our own, but hey, void based reliance aside.....
