Thing is...how? I wouldnt be an arrogant rude prick "How dare you put YOUR hands on ME" sort of thing. I think I would comply totally with an enormous grin and aura of confidence in getting off the hook sort of thing. Thats all fine and good...but who wants to go through with this? Is this idea plainly stupid or a waste of time? Beats me.
Also Im thinking if this we're to ever happen Id like to 'experience' the whole affaird. Not just being cuffed and walking out of the Quicksand. Going all the way to the hall of flames, being 'processed', etc. Paying my fine to avoid jail-time at the end not the beginning sort of thing. Also I want the gil to be real as far as an actual fine levied.

I can make this happen. However if I told you why ahead of time then that wouldn't be any fun.
