Gonna have to second this, especially considering as far as I'm aware, most parties involved are all in the same linkshell, so why not address the issue there? People OOCly blaming the "killer" for killing off someone's character with the other role-player's consent is ridiculous. That being said, having come across many ridiculous things myself, I don't doubt some people are doing it. However, I'd think this would be a very small minority, not just in the specific case but in any similar situation, so I don't think opening up a public discussion on the matter is really useful or enlightening for anyone. It seems attention seeking at best, passive aggressive at worst.
