I don't use it very often. The only time I use it is when spammy things happen that I can't get away from. Like I'm RPing somewhere and someone stands nearby and spams chat with /dance. Usually I don't RP where this often happens so it's just a matter of moving to a different part of the city.
That said.... I wish blisting someone would remove their sound effects too. :c For all those people that insist on standing there and spamming holy/whatever the dragoon jump is called. UGH!
I'll use it on spam tellers. The ones that send you an advertisement every 2 mins. The ones that don't retell or retell every 20 mins or so are usually safe.
I have yet to blist an RPer in this game. Tho I have in past games and they've all been over IC actions being taken OOCly and the HIGH DRAMA that ensued. Tho most got themselves off the list after things had calmed down.
