Should take a look at that clip again btw. The Lv1 Racial starter sets aren't dyed. That's not what they're showing off. They're each wearing a new headgear piece. Hipster glasses, sunglasses, Mistbeard's Mask (um.. how did that find its way out of the bottom of the ocean?), and the femroe is wearing something that looks like a double eye patch with three holes in the middle. So splinter cell or something for you garlean RPers to play with having that third eye.
EDIT: Also can we talk about that really sexy armor that everyone is wearing in the Shiva Fight. It's not FCOB armor, so possibly the new Expert Dungeon drops?? =o Orrrrr... new Tomestone Gear? Who knows! So many armors coming out! =D
