Or they might but do it casually. While focusing on the main scenario and what its about is the main point of the expansion, its always good to have quests that allow you to check up and keep tabs on the current situation of the other city states.

Spoilers AhoyMy point validating itself kind of because while the main point of 2.4 was focused around the heretic's and lady iceheart and shiva, they made you go and check up on the current status of Ul'dah and the crystal braves alot. That and we got to see what the doman's were up too, or more specifically their Ninja's.

Much to my surprise, the developers portrayed the Historical part of Ninja's accurately by a large account. Congrats to the developer's for doing their research and working hard. Ninjistsu being the odd point out though but ill overlook that.
