Creating a new guild is a nebulous thing, and we already have extensive numbers of tiny guilds on Balmung. I know there's even a guild with the tag "<BARD>, but I don't know anything about them; they don't seem to have a website or anything I could find, short of just sending a cold /tell and asking, if they actually do anything with their theme in RP.
