ICly, Xavarian is basically never in bars, and rarely in the cities, unless he has to be. Â The most likely city to find him in would be Limsa, as he finds it actually more fascinating than it makes him uncomfortable. Â But usually, more than he's in cities, he's out wandering around ~in the world~, and can be found various places in La Noscea, the Black Shroud, or Thanalan. Â Lately he's been wandering around Lower La Noscea, but he may get himself lost in the other parts of La Noscea soon enough. Â
OOCly, he's all over the place when I try to finish main story quests, or level other classes. Â If he's in those generic robes killing stuff, or any class other than BLM, he's probably OOC, and that's me just playing the game.Â
But as far as RP goes, I'm always up for an OOC whisper for it, OR perfectly fine with walk-up RP if you find Xavarian wandering about and talking to his bird emoting.
