They can't run a shop, all they know is underhandedness. They resorted to smuggling, bribing, arm-twisting, and ultimately leaning on the Syndicate totally for their existence."

Re-opening them with no amusement in his expression he replies to her question "No I don't think I care too much about the betterment that was brought to people with the money I gave you. But that doesn't mean I wont give more anyhow. How much do you want? How much can you handle? One million? Four million?"
