I know we've had this discussion once (or twice?) before, but I've never actually seen it as a poll. Lately I have just been aging up Tiergan every time his birthday comes around in real life time. However, I'm no longer sure if that's really the way to go and am interested in seeing how the majority of RPers in the community deal with time as a way of helping me decide.
