I don't know... I think it's more tragic to see couples that formed just a week ago marry right away. This is a decision that should take months to be taken, if not years. And people don't want to wait that long so.. either make an IC wedding and look like eager Hollywood couples, or do it OOC and get no IC reputation repercussions.
Shotguns weddings, it's fantasy, point and laugh when things go wrong, and I so called it in my head to no one that the embrace emote would be garbage.
