Game Title: The One You Feed
Game Type: Telltale style Adventure game a la The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, etc. with elements of games like Sunless Sea and Cid Meier's Pirates.
Platform: PC and Major Console
Plot Summary: Dogberry, a traumatized sailor and single father who survived an attack by an angry sea god leaves his son behind to go on one last voyage on the promise of fortune and glory by his old friend and captain, as they seek a lost artifact that promises power. While under way, the voyage turns sour, and the crew turns to mutiny. Dogberry is elected captain. Now, with the ship at his command, the fate of the crew is in his hands. Does he set out to finish the voyage and return home safely to his son, or does he lead his men on a mad crusade for revenge against the very gods? The player must manage resources and keep the crew and ship in sailing condition, as well as maintaining crew morale so that no further mutinies happen. A tricky task, to be sure. The name "The One You Feed" is an homage to the old story about the two wolves representing good and evil, and the one that wins is the one you feed. It's also a nod to the very real threat of starvation, and as the player you will have to choose who lives and who dies.
Special Moves: N/A.
Enemies: The crew, pirates, the sea itself, the gods, starvation, the darkest parts of human nature, etc.
