Melkire tells Swift that the witness has probably been intimidated by members of a drug trafficking empire run by Taeros' employer, Lord Lolorito, having recognized several faces at the trial, most notably Lolorito's second-in-command, Zazuka Zuka. He also tells Swift that nobody is investigating Lolorito's criminal activity, which includes a significant portion of the city's drug trade and several unsolved homicides. Special Moves: N/A. Enemies: Refugees! Monetarists! Lackeys!
