V'aleera places her duties and obligations above all else, personal well-being included, but she also understands that maintaining her physical health is an important part of ensuring those duties are carried out to the highest standard. While she won't take a "sick day" for anything less than a severe illness, she won't ignore sickness either and will adapt her diet and medicinal intake in order to get back to 100% as soon as possible.
