Ojune would cover it up with potions/spells as much as possible and just carry on. Distracting himself with intellectual pursuits or storywriting. Zabine would seclude herself away to attempt to not spread it around. If not contagious then she'd keep herself quiet until feeling recovered/follow whatever doctor/healer's orders she needed to.
