The 'Sworn plots typically involve 'Sworn politics or angles. It's sort of like saying "My police man is always nearby, why don't the fire fighters ever bring me along?" Try to make your presence known in the Quicksand. The inn is arguably not "jurisdiction" for the Sultansworn but definitely would be for a Flames free agent looking out for his country. Start getting loud with the troublemakers and acting the part, and you'll get the reputation.
