I was thinking that in our world we have like, professional conventions to exchange ideas and information.
I was thinking I'd like to organize such a convention in Limsa as an event, with the various RP'ers who play in law enforcement in one form or another, or generally interested citizens who might want to learn something or those that may want to join.
