Just an hour ago or so, I got booted out of a queue with a 2002 error, followed by the game crashing, followed by lobby server errors. At the same time, a lot of people got 90k'ed. So, to me, at least, it seems like a server issue (tonight, anyway).
One thing I've noticed is that, sometimes, if you get error 2002, you'll need to exit completely out of the game and restart, or you'll keep getting lobby server errors.
