My personal opinion about these gear is that they seem to be a bit too similar to 2.4 gears and seem extremely lazy. NIN/MNK above looks same and if Roe's outfit is BRD or DRG... that's a bit of disappointing too. They just seem color changed and nothing really different. Likewise for the casters in the middle.  I hope crafting gears will make up the designs at least. (and is that a bucket helmet for the tank?)
