I eat whats called Low-carb food. Mostly because it's what works for me and my body. I eat to much carbohydrate my body tells me without fail. I lost 30 kilos so far, and slowly loosing the rest that I would like to see gone.Â
Its not a diet for me though, its a lifestyle change. And for me that was what I needed
