I eat whats called Low-carb food. Mostly because it's what works for me and my body. I eat to much carbohydrate my body tells me without fail. I lost 30 kilos so far, and slowly loosing the rest that I would like to see gone.Â
Its not a diet for me though, its a lifestyle change. And for me that was what I needed Â
The most important is that you find out what works for you, and then keep tweaking it until it is "perfect" for you, and what others think about it doesn't really matter^^
