Ishgard: City, or Dungeon?

Linkshell:None :( Server:Midgarsormr Reputation: 6 Ishgard: City, or Dungeon? | #1 10-23-2010, 02:58 AM I was wandering about the area's surrounding Ishgard, taking many screen shots, and as I was browsing the pictures, I'm looking at this long bridge to the city. I'm seeing some mobs on this bridge by the gate. I look at it in the different times of day/night I took the photo. I don't think Ishgard is another city. I think it's a Dungeon of sorts.
