Though I understand it's to expensive, I was way undergeared for tanking Halatali, I managed to do it without any in the party dying but lost aggro a lot. So I went to the market boards and brought my gear rating from 12 to 21.
If you aren't going to level the same class again (Aka not another tank or not another DoW or not another DoW), spiritbond what you have (the dungeons around that level will work and usually the material you get will still vendor for more than the gear, though you may be able to put the GC seals to use).
