Ul'dah is safe. RPers will never, ever abandon a town that lets them dress in so little and get away with it due to the climate.Â
Seriously, the majority of characters lounging on the benches in Ul'dah are going to have some really interesting tan lines.
We more likely than not will see a brief surge of roleplay go out into Ishgard before people decide that it's too hard to go out there on alts and too extremely full of people running all of the new content to RP there comfortably. Then everyone will go back to Ul'dah, Limsa, and the residential districts.
