It really depends on the situation at the time for Khloe. At the start of a day with out drinking any form of alcoholic beverages Khloe is a bit reluctant, and lacks confidence. So she would simple *Takes a slow breath as her emerald eyes examine you, her cheeks turning a soft shade of crimson* But she would do this for afar.
Now if she has been drinking then she tends to get a bit more flirty
*slowly walks over to you, hips swaying with each step. Her ears perked up, tail elegantly arced in a curve upward. Her lips part as she softly speaks " 'Ello.. *she extends her hand outward, finger tips slightly curved downward* I am Khloe.. Tis a nice day yes.. what brings out over here ? "
