I usually try to have a nap when I've the time to spare since it can help tide me over until the next time my body decides to allow me to get some sleep.
Oh that really sucks, I'm sorry to hear that.

I get night terrors and have a hard time falling to sleep afterwards, and sometimes in general, because I get so worried about having more terrors. I can't nap (try, but almost always just end up staring at the ceiling) and want to go to bed early but I get a second wind at around 8 pm so keep staying up late. The past few months have been particularly bad. I was up til 5 am the other night... Why yes, I am fuelled purely by caffeine, why do you ask?
