Nothing against those who RP that way, but to me, starting at the top offers no room to grow, like starting a book at the end. I approach things still with tabletop mindset. For every Merit I give my character, it requires an equal Flaw to balance it. A Primal eating Dragoon would have some pretty intense Flaws to counter their uberness hehe.
