I think as far as K'washi is concerned, he's probably at the bottom of the ladder. He has no citizenship, and he does odd jobs and things. There's not much money to his name (though he's become much better at saving).
Hasn't been taxed yet, though. But that's probably 'cause no one can ever really find him. He's a quiet little one, that Seeker.
