Abilities
Ability #1: Slivers of Steel
Passive: Slivers of Steel and all auto-attacks apply a stacking debuff called Concoction that deals damage over time. Concoction lasts for 18 seconds, can stack up to 5 times, and the duration is refreshed with each new application. All stacks of Concoction fall off once the 18 second duration has elapsed.
Active: Straight-line skillshot that deals moderate damage. Slivers of Steel may be activated again within 1 second, up to a total of three times. Each additional activation results in a longer cooldown for Slivers of Steel. If a skillshot does not connect with a target, a dagger is left behind on the ground. Melkire can run over these daggers to lower the cooldown on Slivers of Steel.
Ability #2: Rip and Tear
Active: Short-range nuke that consumes Concoction stacks and deals damage that scales with the number of stacks on the target. If two or more stacks of Concoction are consumed, Shoulder Tackle's cooldown is refreshed.
Ability #3: Shoulder Tackle
Active: Targeted dash. Requires a target afflicted with Concoction debuff. Dashes to nearby target, knocking away all enemies in,between Melkire and the target. Deals minor damage to target, knocks them up, and knocks them back upon connecting.
Ability #4 (Ultimate): Everything's Personal
Active: Melkire jumps to and latches onto the target, becoming untargetable and immune to all crowd control and displacement effects. Melkire and target are both silenced for 9 seconds. Melkire deals ever-increasing damage to the target with each second, healing himself for an equivalent amount. Damage scales with the number of Concoction stacks on the target. Concoction stacks are NOT consumed. Melkire releases the target and becomes targetable and susceptible to crowd control and displacement effects again once the 9 seconds have elapsed or the target has died.
