These two sites have paid plans that allow you to get a server for mumble or teamspeak 3. Depending on what you pay you get more continuous connections etc.
In my experience teamspeak 3 has a better quality of sound (mic and audio) than mumble but the same payment tiers for each has mumble allowing you to have more clients joined.
