From the lore panel at the Las Vegas Fanfest in 2014, we learned most of the races all live to about the same age, whatever that number is. They did confirm that Elezen have a -slightly- longer puberty period and do live a few years longer than your average hyur/miqo'te/lalafell/roegadyn because of it.
So if people all lived to "100", Elezen would maybe get to "110-120" or something, since their "teens" would last till mid-20s or something. We never really got a hard number iirc.
