She would be random character #67, who adds a Host Club onto your castle when she's recruited. To recruit her, have at least 25 characters in your group and offer her space to build her establishment during her dialogue tree. Subsequently, now that your HQ has a Host Club, characters can confide in Maia over tea, which would lead to humorous, character developing dialogue. (Like the 'confession chamber' from Suikoden IV or the bath house filler conversations from the series in general.)
