
I think something like this would be a really awesome idea. It certainly sounds like a pretty fun, awesome way to get people engaged.
There are a few things I would like to shoot out, though. If it is going to be a gender event with actual real life prizes and incentives for participation, I would do a few things with it.Â
Without promise of a male version with like prizes especially, and to both make the event more fair and challenging, I would encourage very heavy challenges of a broad nature. This would hopefully eliminate level or content locks for newly made female characters, and would push a person in and out of game to work hard and put their own personal, creative spin on what the bring to the table. It would also cut out a chunk of that fear for favouritism by making hard work and dedication evident.
I would like to see how this shapes up. That said, if you need a mind to work with or a hand with execution, I would be happy to contribute.
