Now, if you're talking about an outsider joining the astrologians at the Observatorium in Coerthas specifically, that may be plausible. But still kinda iffy.
^I second this. I should have probably clarified in my post that I only see it plausible if it was pre-closing. (Though I guess I kind of implied it. Oh well.)
