Like, to make a comparison, whereas our RP LS is "Hydaelyn", our RP FC is "The Star Onion Brigade in Hydaelyn". It includes only a small amount of what our RP LS has, because the LS, unlike the FC, can host even RPers who do not want to part with their FC to join ours.

But if it's really just FC-restricted, it's fine. I'd just like an answer.
This is meant to be a FC event. I understand the want/need to not be restrictive but it is a FC event none the less. There is nothing keeping you from doing a similar event if you wish.
It is not meant to be restrictive anymore then making another event for a certain group of people or another. The fact is simply that FCs cover a broad and defined range, while LSs are more relaxed. I chose to set the event for FCs for those reasons.
