They probably have some poorly done system where they will allow pre-order codes to get validated, put in, and it allows for certain things to get ticked into the system already. Too early.
I will say though, I definitely can see why UK players are so upset. If what people said were true, you would think UK can get EU pricing.
I'm not too surprised though that it is 129 GBP and 129 USD. It's similar (I think) to when Sony launched the vita and when its price dropped. 249 USD, 249 GBP. Dropped to 199 USD and 199 GBP iirc.
Once I got over the NA store hassle and accidentally pre-ordered an extra CE physical, I emailed their support yesterday. They refunded it no hassle even though I had validated my code on the other one. No fuss.
