To me, the purpose of a face claim is generally for forums where you have no other avatar, and so you're basically claiming a real life person's face as your character's face -- but here we have in game avatars, so I think the need to keep people from doubling up on people is greatly reduced. But as Unnamed Mercenary posted, there's a similar thread.
And also I mean if people want to do face claims that's up to them -- but because of the format you're still gonna have people in other threads using pictures of people who might be in here, as well, which kinda defeats the purpose. :/
