My character is an adventurer with the Echo, but turned down the Scions way back in 2.0... The Crystal Braves acting fishy and arrest warrants for the remaining Scions is something she'd likely pick up on though from having worked alongside Scions during Operation Archon, as well as from doing general adventuring work in Mor Dhona, and she'd probably find out more from there. Raubahn being jailed and Brass Blades swaggering about are also somethings she'll pick up on as suspicious, though how much she learns on her own and how much she could get out of any superiors in the Flames is up in the air (until she meets with said characters in RP).
My main thought when I was watching the MSQ cutscenes was "look at all these people Jana's going to wanna kill." She'll definitely look to add to her body pile if Raubahn or Pipin are able to raise a banner in the near future, rather than running to Coerthas, even (or perhaps, especially) if it's the kind of mission that's sure to end in her death.
