Qhora would spend too much time laughing her ass off to get anything done, at least with this latest installment. Probably most of the earlier story, she would've been better at acting as the relatively dutiful mercenary, if a little yawning over the fawning accusations of her being a superhero. But this latest batch... she'd be out of breath from the laughing, and being like, "No, please, give me the credit. This is too good. All my fault. Yes, indeed. Been machinating it for months. What are you going to do about it?" Then probably go "request" payment from some Syndicate people for not at least giving her warning, or collecting payment because actually they gave her warning. And all the after-events, she'd be hiding giggles behind her hands while all her rescuers acted all serious. Then straight up aetheryte back to Ul'dah for more laughs.
I like to assume that the MSQ stuff happens to somebody else, but there's no way Qhora could do it, really. She'd either be "eff this" once it got into the realm of please help we need help, rather than for her own benefit. Or, you know, she'd straight up offer to poison the Raisin Queen. For gil, of course.
