
The Brass Blades milling about in the street have probably made Qhora more brazen than she would usually be - suddenly feeling like she can sit closer to the fireplace rather than in the darkest part of the bar. There's a certain reliability to people who work for the highest bidder, and now those reliable folks are just everywhere in town.
But generally, other than being grandly amused by the rumors and very curious to find out where the rumors will go and what, if any, truths will come out of them, she's probably not affected much at all. Life goes on.
She might be looking into Ishgard now, though. While she likely passed on everything that went on at the Steps of Faith, she's probably made the connection that it had something to do with the Brass Blades' increased presence before the kerfuffle and is now curious enough to jump on the excuse to travel when the time comes.
