The finger on blade or the jump? The jump looks a bit like the Savage Blade from FFXI, but we already have that skill. The finger on blade sort of reminds me of the Rune Fencer as well as a bit of Sepheroth.
I thought there was a 1.0 NPC that does it, but I can't remember who. I thought it might have been Greinfarr using 1.0's version of Rage of Halone, but I just checked the video and it wasn't it. Will keep looking, but you could be on to something. Though at the same time... it could just be SE getting our hopes up like Y'shtola with the shield bubble from 1.0's Limsa opener that we never got. =/
