However there is a slight misconception with your request. Getting to 50 is a very small portion of this game, and most FCs don't focus on RP involving that sort of journey. Especially now, since many people are established and at max level.
My honest advice is to just poopsock to lvl 50, and find an FC based on their premise and if you enjoy the people. Think of your lvling experience as an extended tutorial.
The Phoenix Rose does do IC content weekly, and has a small but growing raid group, however that's not the focus of the RP, it's just a supplement.
As for Phoenix Rose I've actually heard about the FC through various people but felt that I probably wouldn't be a good fit for them. Â Though I may check them out.
