Unless by 'they have a plan' they mean they're going to just consolidate skills or something, in which case nothing really changes and we'll still be locked into mostly static rotations. I hope not. I hope there's some element of choice and options in here. Maybe even stance skills that change the properties of your skills or something. That would be ace.
