I've already met/become aware of more than a few Ishgardian roleplayers that aren't dragoons. Most are basic knights, some are Temple Knights. Some are healers/medics/doctors. There's an astrologian here and there (and we'll probably end up seeing quite a bit more of those). Responding to the above, there is actually a Temple Knight shown in 2.55 equipped with a conjury wand.
