However, it's disingenuous to pretend that there is not a very large chunk of MMO players out there who love character customization. Look at the popularity of other MMO character creations. Look at how wardrobe systems are in such high demand and how much they are praised (FFXIV failed in that department, too -_-). One of the first things begged for after a new MMO is released? A barber shop, if it wasn't already in place. Race changes. More armor appearances.
